Cheese from the World's Best Restaurant
Reporter Gourmet have released their round-up of the World’s Best Restaurant, and number one is Osteria Francescana - a three-Michelin-star restaurant in Modena, Italy.
Among the Italian delicacies on the menu, you’ll find Rosala di Zocca’s parmesan cheese. This small cooperative was founded by local breeders in 1996 and remains a family-run business to this day. All the dairy comes from their farm located in the rolling hills of Modena, where the cows are grass-fed and the mild weather provides optimum conditions.
The forage produced on the mountain fields creates a unique variety of aromas and flavours. Give it a try grated on pasta or pair it with homemade bread or a fresh salad.
