ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

All orders received are subject to acceptance by Italy2Eat and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. No contract to supply goods or services to you will come into existence unless we dispatch goods or provide services to the purchaser or otherwise communicate to the purchaser our acceptance of an order.

No alcoholic drinks cannot be sold to persons under 18 years of age. You will be required to sign on delivery. By ticking the acceptance of terms and conditions you are agreeing that you are legally able to purchase.

Some wine vintages may vary according to availability.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to day of despatch, when a full refund will be credited. For online purchases the customer has the right to cancel an order up to fourteen days after receipt of goods. Where this right is exercised you will be refunded the full amount minus any perishable goods which cannot be resold and any items which have been consumed or damaged as well as carriage charges incurred. All goods must be returned in good condition. We aim to provide the refund within seven days on receipt of returned goods, less any charges as stated above. Notification of cancellation must be in writing - letter, fax or email. Please see details below. Cost of return to be paid by the customer.

Delivery information and costs

UK mainland delivery charges are free for orders over £30 and £6.50 for orders below £30. Please see Delivery for full details and other destinations.

Discounts and promotional codes

We may also send you promotional codes during the year for special offers and if you use us on a regular basis. You can only enter one promotional code per order.

Force Majeure

Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers’ demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of Italy2Eat. If attempted delivery is not made within an acceptable time, then the customer may cancel the order. We suggest that this is over seven days for UK mainland.

LAW

These terms and conditions and all acts of Italy2Eat, its Directors and employees shall be in the accordance of the laws of England. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Payment Terms

We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and most debit cards. Please fill in your card number, expiry date and 3 or 4 digit security code. Items may be ordered and paid for up to three months in advance of delivery to take advantage of discounts or promotional codes.

Privacy Policy

Italy2Eat does not disclose buyers or recipients information to third parties, without their prior permission. We do not telephone private customers unless we need information on their order. If you tick the brochure box on our website, we will send you a new brochure the following September. If you tick the box for emails, we will contact you each season to offer gifts for birthdays, summer events, etc. We do talk to our corporate customers on a regular basis, send emails with seasonal gifts and mail the brochure each September unless you instruct us to do otherwise.

Reservation of Title

All goods remain the property of Italy2Eat until they have been paid for in full.

All samples are charged at list price. Refundable upon return.

You can be confident when you enter 'My Account' with your email address and password, that all your information in the Checkout and Payment area will be fully encrypted using the latest Secure Socket Layer security technology.
