Bruschetta & Crostini
Bruschetta (pronounced as Bru-Sketta) is the Italian appetizer originated in Central Italy in the 15th century. It has a very simple preparation or recipe and the kind of bruschetta you’ll eat in Italy depends on where you are. While the basic Tuscan recipe calls for just garlic and oil, in Naples it’s served with tomato, and every city has it’s own way of serving it. Starting with our handmade 'Minitele' crackers, you can create your own type of 'crostino', putting on top of it the ingredients you prefer.
